MackSolo Team Update – Day 107 ✈️ 🌍
Mack is remaining an extra day in #Changmai, #Thailand to rest from the past slightly hair-raising 😬😱😓 flights (difficult monsoon weather, Sharky's soak, auto-pilot "George" failed on the flight after the torrential rains in Ahmedabad, electricity to the fuel bladder failed) and, to allow for the necessary technical checks on Sharky ✈️🦈.
Meanwhile, let's hear a bit of Mack's radio work: this is on the approach to Changmai. Thanks to the active noise reduction of this amazing Bose headset 🎧 offered to him, Mack enjoys crystal clear audio communications with air traffic controllers. Go on, have a listen. Any pilot knows that the quality of the headset makes all the difference in stress levels and flight comfort when having to focus on long, challenging flights.
So, crystal clear communications seem to be the only easy thing for Mack on this round-the-world Guinness solo flight really 💪👌. Thank you Bose!.
